• Champa Murmu, F, aged 22, village, Demkadih was admitted to our hospital on 24th February 2018.
• She was brought with many complains like fever, cough and weakness. She was not able to even stand.
• Her Sputum was found AFB 2+ and was started with anti- TB drug.
• She is recovering slowly.

MOTA BANDRA

Mota Bandra, M , aged 40, village, Kantasol ( about 65 kms from the Hospital), had severe cough with high fever. He was admitted at the hospital on 4th July 2018. He was confirmed tuberculosis (1+) after doing the sputum test. He is still under-treatment and is given Anti- tuberculosis drug.

MANGAL SINGH

T.B. Patient

Mangal Singh, M aged 40, village, Sapanguttu, Maluka was admitted at our hospital on 15th February 2018. He had a complain of cough with bleeding and fever. His sputum test was negative, on getting the x-ray done, the doctors confirmed him Tuberculosis. He was given proper medication with anti-TB drug and on 24th February 2018, he was discharged from the hospital on request. He has been given the medicines for TB and has been advised to visit after a month.

SURENDRANATH MAHATO

Heomoptisis Patient

Surendranath Mahato, M, aged 65 from Salboni village, about 12 kms from the hospital was brought to the hospital on 21st July 2017 by our health worker. He was admitted with complains of Heomoptisis (Vomitting with Blood). He was confirmed tuberculosis on doing the chest- X-Ray in which the cavity was shown in the left mid upper zone. Now he is under treatment and is better.

MUKESH KERKETTA

T.B. Patient

• Mukesh Kerketta, M, aged 33, Golmuri, Jamshedpur was admitted on 15th February 2018.
• He had cough and severe from 2 months and weight loss. He was only 42 kgs when admitted.
• On doing the sputum test, we found him AFB 3+ and confirmed Tuberculosis.
• Now he is under treatment with Anti TB drug and is better than before.

MALATI TUDU

Breathing Difficulty

• Malti Tudu, F, aged 40, Demkadih Village was brought to our hospital on 15th February 2018 at 2:20 pm with breathing difficulty, severe weight loss and weakness.
• Relapse Patient Pulmonary kochs referred to MGM hospital for further investigation.

SITARAM TUDU

• Sitaram Tudu, M, aged 50, village- Palasbani, Pipla, Jamshedpur was admitted to our hospital on 19th February 2018.
• He had cough with breathlessness, fever and headche
• He was only 46 kgs at the time of admission.
• He had undergone sputum test, and was found AFB 2+, positive. He is given proper care , Medication and diet.

JOYNATH PRAMANIK

T.B. Patient

Joy Nath Pramanik, M, aged 45 from Neemdih village was admitted into the hospital on 24th July 2018. He had complains of fever and cough with blood. He was confirmed tuberculosis, (type-2 DM) on doing the sputum test and was found 3+ positive. Now he is in proper care and medication.

DURGA MAHATO

Leprosy

Mr. Durga Mahato was brought to the hospital by our Health worker, and was referred to the Leprosy center for further treatment.

SHAKUNTALA SINGH

Leprosy

Shakuntala Singh, Female, 28 yrs was brought to our hospital on 6th April 2018 by our Outreach Health Worker. She was suspected as Leprosy Patient. Dr. Naushad Akhtar Khan (Medical Officer of St. Joseph’s Hospital) while diagnosis found her fingers were erected and confirmed Leprosy case. She was referred to the Leprosy Center for further treatment.

GURUCHARAN SARDAR

Chronic Kidney Disease

Gurucharan Sardar, Male, Age 69, village- Belajuri, about 12 kms from St. Jpseph’s hospital. He was admitted in our hospital on 13th February 2019. He had complains of cough, loss of appetite and was extremely weak. He was a clear case of Severe Anemia with only 5.9 gm/dl Hemoglobin, Hypokalemia and Chronic Kidney Disease. He was given 2 units of Blood. His Chest X-ray revealed that he is a case of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. His Hemoglobin is increased from 5.9 gm/dl to 8 gm/dl within 15 days with appropriate medication and diet.
